Symphony v. Motricity

Remember that sticky little lawsuit Symphony filed against Motricity? It alleged that Motricity breached an agreement to set up services in India and didn't pay the fees associated with the work done.

Well, for what it's worth the case was dismissed with prejudice back in February. Details of the case are here

In all likelihood there was a settlement and the case was dismissed with prejudice as part of the settlement agreement to ensure another suit couldn't be filed by Symphony.

In short the lawyers get rich and more money goes flying out of Motricity's window. It is interesting to read some of the documents though.
